Emiko Maeda

A scientist by trade, Emiko's hobbies have always been anything but. Whether it’s writing, drawing, interior decorating, bookmark mastering, stenciling, cooking, flower-pot making, or just decorating her dog, she is constantly compelled to create or breathe life into things in one way or another. 

Emiko is in love with colors and textures and working with mixed media. She is a big fan of collaboration, especially since she tends to be set in her ways, and working with others often results in mind-blowing discoveries that would never have occurred if left to her own devices. 

She will never to stop flexing her artistic muscle no matter how weak or strange.  Hip hip hooray for self-expression!
